Where are you located and do you have a physical store?
We are located in New York City but are online only for now!
How do I know what size I need?
Our size charts are constantly updated, but we also encourage you to get in touch with us and ask if you have any sizing questions! We're available both by email and through our Facebook page.
What is your return policy?

- We don't do credit card refunds - just exchanges and store credit.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on any order over $99.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time!
Can I make changes to my order?
Sorry, we do not allow changes to orders once placed. Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of submissions if it has not been processed.
Why was my order canceled ?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be canceled IMMEDIATELY.
Forgot to add a promo code at checkout?
Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order, we will make an adjustment as a 1 time curiosity. Please email email@example.com with the Order Number and "Price Adjustment" in the Subject line. All adjustment request after the 1 hour mark will be issued as a store credit.
